Transforming the Virtual Client Experience

Nine Feet Tall partnered with the Bristol Law Society to deliver a workshop for law firms on Thursday 6th May. The event explored what is meant by the Virtual Client Experience and why there is a need to transform.

Representatives from law firms including Osborne Clarke, DAC Beachcroft, Bevan Brittan and Clarke Wilmot attended the session and contributed to key discussion points. These included the challenges standing in the way of optimising the customer experience, such as getting real customer insights, data collection, design skills and full adoption of digital tools.

Taking a deep dive into the current Marketing and Business Development landscape in the legal sector, the workshop addressed how firms can define their clients’ personas and map customer journeys. Nine Feet Tall’s Legal Expert Tiggy Robinson said “Improving online client interaction is a growing priority. With more than 40% of data analytics projects this year relating to customer experience (Gartner), law firms understand the need to transform to stay competitive.”

The interactive workshop showcased tools and techniques to help the attendees to scope and map out customer journeys, determining points of friction and how to resolve issues and identify opportunities.

Attendees will be invited to receive a free client experience workshop to map the bespoke needs for their law firm.
