Centralised service centre
Sanctuary engaged us to lead a strategic change programme to consolidate eight regional customer service centres together under one central team function. Our team managed the delivery of all projects and workstreams to set up the new service centre including facilities management, infrastructure, HR, process design, training and IT. The centre was fully operational within 9 months and delivered 2 months ahead of schedule.
SAP integration
Sanctuary launched an ambitious, industry-first programme to replace its core business systems with a single, integrated ERP solution, SAP. We partnered with Sanctuary Housing to provide PMO, project management and business analysis support across a number of areas of the change programme. Our team set up and ran the PMO and successfully trained and transferred knowledge to existing and new Sanctuary staff to take over the day-to-day running of the PMO during business as usual.

Upgrading maintenance services system
We worked with Sanctuary Housing to lead a strategic project to replace the main maintenance services system with new individual PDA devices for around 200 staff. Our business analysts defined business processes and gathered requirements for the system, led user acceptance testing and managed business readiness activities.

Nine Feet Tall provided strong leadership, drive and project management expertise to deliver this highly complex change programme, early and under budget – a fantastic achievement.
