Arjen Cooper-Rolfe is CEO of Involvement. Arjen Cooper-Rolfe graduated from Bristol University and then City University Business School. He spent 12 years as a Chartered Surveyor in Central London before taking over as CEO of packaging-supply business Involvement in 2011 following the deaths of his close family.
Under Arjen’s watch, Involvement has radically transformed from a traditional half-century-old family concern in the Midlands into the pre-eminent business of its kind, continually pushing the sector forward.
Now diversified into Fulfilment and IT for partner brands, and with more extensions on the launch pad, Involvement is one of Britain’s most progressive companies in its approach to people, inclusion and customer service, with a groaning sideboard of awards and independent accolades to prove it, culminating in being named Employer of the Year in the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards.

His patent lawyer wife is currently retraining to become a teacher. They have two children.
Becky Norman is Editor of online HR and L&D publications HRZone.com and TrainingZone.co.uk.
