Qudini Appointment Scheduling Interface Now Has a Free Store Finder Map

To make our market-leading appointment booking interface even more dynamic, Qudini has launched its own free store finder map functionality that integrates perfectly with retail brands. 

Store finder maps play a crucial role in the customer journey, and for many retailers, play an essential role at drawing in footfall traffic. As a result, our retail clients rely on us to ensure this functionality offers a superior customer experience and is cost-effective.

Our appointment booking customer journey allows customers to easily book appointments for in-store services such as personal shopping, beauty and styling, as well as technical support, product consultations and more. Part of the booking process is choosing a nearby store location before being directed through to available time slots or consultants.

Qudini has allowed retailers to embed commonly used store finder maps like Google Maps and Open Street Maps for years now, but now we’re offering this free map service to provide customers with even more options.

Benefits of the Qudini Store Finder Map interface

With the new mapping tool in place, retailers can embed the whole interface into their website to enable customers to choose their store via the Qudini Appointment Booking customer journey.

This means you can quickly deploy our appointment booking software for in-store appointments with minimal website development.
