Qudini has been shortlisted as a finalist for two categories in Retail Systems Awards 2016

Qudini’s queuing system and appointment booking system has been shortlisted as a finalist for two categories in Retail Systems Awards 2016 across two categories:

• Mobile Technology Vendor of the Year
• Customer Experience Initiative of the Year

Qudini was selected in the categories for the success in introducing clear improvements in customer management process for a leading UK mobile provider, O2. Becoming a trusted vendor across the estate, Qudini was soon rolled out to initially 100 stores and later to 400+ stores across the UK.

Now into their 11th year, the Retail Systems Awards recognise technology excellence and innovation within the retail sector.
