Using a Request Assistance System in Antarctica

The Antarctica Experience Store wants to ensure that every single penguin customer within their store receives the help that they need. Whilst always ensuring that their penguin store team are able to manage the tills and operate other tasks across the floor. So, they installed the Qudini Request Assistance System in their large product aisles and clothing fitting rooms, to enable their customers in need to call for help at any time.

How it works:

• Request Help: Penguins in need of help in large shop floor aisles and fitting rooms have access to a tablet interface fixed to the wall or within a kiosk unit. The interface is branded with the retailer’s brand and in the centre has a large digital button to call for help. (So even penguins trapped in the scarfs can easily see and press it).
• Help on the way: On pressing the button, a staff member is alerted of the location of the penguin requesting help via a handheld device, tablet or desktop.
• Penguin stays informed: The branded tablet interface shows the penguin when their request has been received and a team member is on the way. Ensuring they remain engaged and are ready for when the staff member that arrives to help them.
