How the Webinar Event Customer Journey works

While the customer journey varies from business to business, and often depends on the capabilities of the event management software provider, here is how Qudini’s webinar customer journey works:

• The customer clicks on the call to action on a retailer’s site to see upcoming events.
• They select a relevant event and register their details.
• They receive a confirmation email that includes a Zoom link (or alternative).
• They receive a reminder email and SMS before the event to keep them engaged.
• They click on the Zoom link and are directed through to the video call.
• Afterwards, they can receive a post-event follow up email with relevant information such as links to products, costings for services or the option to schedule a follow up appointment.
